About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and modernization of secure identity and credentialing systems for a high-impact federal program. This is a strategic technical leadership role focused on enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and secure system integration.

What You’ll Do
• Architect and modernize enterprise identity management systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal standards (HSPD-12, NIST SP 800-63-3, FIPS 201).
• Lead cloud migration efforts and DevSecOps implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Support cybersecurity compliance, RMF documentation, and system security planning.
• Participate in technical reviews, stakeholder meetings, and working groups.

What You Bring
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
o 10+ years in enterprise architecture or systems engineering.
o 5+ years in federal Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
o Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.) and application modernization.
o Familiarity with RMF, DISA STIGs, and cybersecurity best practices.
o Strong documentation and communication skills.

Certifications Required
• DoD 8570.01-M Compliant Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, or equivalent).
• Computing Environment Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, Oracle) – must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Additional certifications aligned with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture are a plus.
