Maximo Management Analyst
Location: Regional Call Center (RCC) located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL

Location: Regional Call Center (RCC) located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Job Summary: The contractor will independently provide support services to receive and process customer requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities. The Regional Call Center (RCC) receives service requests, obtains relevant information including a description of the problem or support required, location, and contact information.
The Maximo Management Analyst is responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) review for all other RCC personnel’s Maximo data entry. This review is to ensure data accuracy, proper and consistent categorization and to review for common errors that warrant generation of a training regimen for RCC staff. The Analyst will design, develop and implement QA reports to evaluate data and implement corrective actions, as appropriate. Analysis will provide training as necessary to reduce RCC overall error rate.
The contractor is responsible for development, flow-charting, and submitting Regional Call Center Business Management Systems (BMS), and maintaining all applicable RCC BMS documentation current with NAVFAC enterprise changes. As part of this responsibility, the contractor is responsible for development, validation, and modification of the RCC Management Assistant Desk Guides. Analysts will coordinate individual Base Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with appropriate Public Works Department (PWD) personnel and route for continued Management Assistant training. The Analyst will review and interpret directives and special instructions from higher authority and assist the RCC Supervisor in the development and dissemination of policies and procedures concerning the management and operation of the RCC.
The contractor shall be responsible for employing technically qualified personnel to perform the work specified in this PWS. Contractor personnel must be properly trained and qualified to perform the tasks/services specified herein. The Government may provide other training as deemed appropriate.
Responsibilities/Duties: The required tasks/services include but are not limited to:
Train management assistants in office computer systems and reference resources.
Prepare daily reports to assure accurate input of required information (e.g. job order number, work center, labor/craft code) in the system. Evaluate office productivity and plan for training and/or process improvement, as necessary.
Prepare and update Desk guides to satisfy specific needs for the RCC, PWD’s and NAVFAC SE. Receive customer Service Requests via phone or email.
Create work orders in a computerized database (Maximo 7.6)
Prepare, analyze and monitor complex metrics reports to track RCC call volume and efficiency trends.
Prepare and maintain SOPs in coordination with respective PWD representatives and other customers/Tenant Commands.
Qualifications: Contractor employees performing services must meet the following requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of analysis and evaluation.
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulations, directives, and policies of DoD, DoN, NAVFAC HQ and NAVFAC SE.
Ability to develop administrative policies and procedures as directed to improve the efficiency of the RCC.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and software related to administrative processing. Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Maximo 7.6.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively. Capable of interacting professionally with all personnel.

Work is UNCLASSIFIED. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) security regulations and procedures. The contractor shall not disclose and must safeguard procurement sensitive information, computer systems and data, privacy act data, and Government personnel work products that are obtained or generated in the performance of their duties. A favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation will be required for all personnel requiring access to Government computers and workstations.
Travel
Travel may be required. The contractor may be required to travel to other locations in support of the tasks described in this statement of work. Prior to incurring any travel expenses, contractor personnel must obtain written authorization from the Contracting Officer that approves approximate travel, dates, expected duration, origin and destination, purpose, estimated costs and the number and names of personnel traveling. Contractor expense reports shall be prepared and processed in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
The Maximo Management Analyst may be required to travel to other NAVFAC Public Works Department for Regional Call Center support that cannot be accomplished via telephone, such as the addition of new installation, on site Standard Operating Procedures build-outs and training to increase awareness of RCC procedures and OSD Emergency, Urgent work types. Expected travel locations would include the installations within the RCC area of responsibility; length of time to be determined by complexity of support required/requested (1-2 days up to a week).
In the event of an emergency lasting more than 48 hours, such as a hurricane, the Maximo Management Analyst may be required to relocate operations to NAS Pensacola for up to 30 days as part of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Tasks to be performed include receiving and processing customer requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities and to ensure requests are categorized and inducted accurately per SOP as routine, urgent, or emergency.
