Overview

**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified J unior Network Security Engineer to support government contract requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Essential Job Duties

  • Assist in trouble-shooting network security issues and developing appropriate solutions to resolve these problems.
  • Perform network security assessments and perform Tier 1 network security support functions .

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or AA with 2+ years of experience, or high s chool w ith 4 y ear s of relevant experience.
  • An active in scope Secret security clearance.
  • DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 461 Certs: CND or SSCP or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  • A bility to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders .
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and direction to support client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment

  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
