The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity Corporate Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

As a member of the COLOSSUS program, the successful candidate will provide Enterprise Planning and Management support to the Cyber Ops Group (COG). Functional activities will include general Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA). The incumbent will be expected to develop executive-level communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.

Key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
  • Review and respond to TIER actions on behalf of the COG FO.
  • Develop white papers, technical roadmaps, briefings, concept of operations, and similar work products across a wide range of IT service and systems engineering topics .
  • Develop templates for regularly occurring meetings, create SOPs (i.e.: Office Guide), and create multimedia presentation for key events.
  • Act as Point of Contact (POC) for office initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively ensure that responses meet deadlines.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders to elicit, understand, and represent numerous equities in work products.
  • Draft responses to DoD, IC, IG, etc. memos on behalf of COG FO.
  • Develop executive-level communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.
  • Support enterprise-level activities such as strategy development, investment management and planning, and project management functions.
  • Work with Team Lead and COG Director for Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns and other key events.
  • Assist with records management efforts; document all repositories that hold COG records and all security and distribution groups.
  • Participate on behalf of COG in enterprise-level activities.
  • Maintain content for COG SharePoint Internal/External main page, update as organizational or informal changes take place.
  • Maintain COG organization and geographic charts.
  • Work directly with the COG Director and Chief of Staff providing corporate support.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly or willing to sit for a Poly
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community
  • BS/BA with 5+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above (or Associate's with 8+ years, or 15+ years of demonstrated performance in related tasks)
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting the NRO
  • Reports to designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Master's degree with 5+ years of demonstrated performance in related tasks
  • Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Technology and/or Cyber Zero Trust architecture practices
