Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to work in a fast-paced environment and become part of a tight knit team developing and executing on an organic and acquisitive growth strategy. We seek to engage technically experienced applicants of diverse backgrounds to include 5+ years of experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Finance and Accounting

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide consolidated financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.

• Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly.

• Collects and analyzes data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address challenges and leverage strengths.

• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency.

• Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High proficiency in MS Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with one or more accounting ERP systems (Unanet, Deltek, Cognos, Hyperion, and ADP).

• Work from home flexibility may require occasional office attendance.
  • US Citizenship required.

Formal Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Years of Professional Experience:

5-8
