Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join a Federal Program working in Annapolis Junction, MD .
Responsibilities of the Program Manager include:
· Lead all aspects of contractor personnel deployment and management.
· Coordinate and collaborate on tasks, requirements, and issue resolution to support customer needs.
· Adapt plans based on customer feedback regarding cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
· Develop and document implementation plans and schedules.
· Monitor program performance using established procedures; address variances with corrective actions.
· Interpret contract requirements and propose qualified personnel to meet them promptly.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting program delivery.
· Maintain proactive, transparent communication to manage customer expectations.
· Exercise full authority on behalf of the contractor for daily contract operations.
· Ensure continuity of support during staffing changes and approve task order alignments.
· Interface with CO, COTR, and government leadership.
· Oversee execution of the Transition Plan and Program Management Plan (PMP).
· Serve as the primary contact for formal sponsor discussions and customer engagement.
· Review and improve business systems, resources, and procedures for operational efficiency.
· Manage Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance.
· Monitor financials, budgeting, and cost control.
· Coordinate work priorities and ensure contract compliance through quality inspections.
· Ensure accuracy of all management and contract reports prior to submission.
Qualifications for the Program Manager include:
· Bachelor's degree in related field, plus 10 years of management-level experience in high-tempo environments.
· Must have prior architectural/construction experience.
· Current and Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
· Demonstrated personnel management experience with strong oral and written communication skills.
· Prior experience working with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
· Must have an Active U.S. Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
Compensation for the Program Manager includes:
· Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
