Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience)
Management
Owns Agile delivery execution: backlog hygiene, sprint planning, ceremonies, dependency management, and incremental release readiness. Partners with the Program Manager on schedule and reporting.
Core responsibilities
· Translate the PMP into sprint/PI plans; manage cross-team dependencies and critical path; track earned value/schedule health for monthly reporting.
· Drive UAT readiness, release notes, and cutover checklists; coordinate with Help Desk to ensure knowledge transfer and user support at each release.
· Facilitate requirements/story mapping with stakeholders to ensure continuity of SHIP/SMP/NWD business processes.
· Maintain the risk/issue log and action trackers; escalate per governance.
MUST HAVE experience with any one of the following programs below:
State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)
Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP)
Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA)
Minimum qualifications (proposed)
· 7+ years managing Agile software delivery; 3+ years in Scrum Master or Release Train role.
· Experience coordinating with a platform vendor (e.g., Tyler) and orchestrating multi-state stakeholder UAT and rollout.
· Bachelor’s degree
