Boeing is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join their Vertical Lift Quality Team. This position will focus on supporting Vertical Lift Quality within Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

Boeing is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join their Vertical Lift Quality Team. This position will focus on supporting Vertical Lift Quality within Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
- Develops Basis of Estimates and milestone schedules supporting contractually required First Article Test Reports.
- Manages First Article Test Report development and submittal in accordance with customer requirements.
- Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
- Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with AS9100/ISO9001
- 5+ years of experience reviewing or supporting First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality role
- 5+ years of experience reading/comprehending engineering documents (drawings, specifications, etc.)
- 5+ years of project management experience
- In depth knowledge and experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense, Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of First Article Test Reports in accordance with 48 CFR 52.209-3/4
- Experience engaging with supplier base and USG customers
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience reading Boeing engineering documents
- Experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency
- Experience interfacing with US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD)
- Familiarity with DFARS 252.227-7013 Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items
