Program Manager - IT Support Services
Contract Overview
This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) under the IT Support Services contract. NSWCDD is responsible for delivering warfare systems to protect our nation and defeat our adversaries. The contract provides support for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and operations across classified and unclassified environments.

Contract Overview

The contract provides support for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and operations across classified and unclassified environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects within the contract are aligned with the client's objectives and executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Act as a bridge between senior leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that expectations are met.
- Manage resource allocation across projects, resolving conflicts and optimizing the use of personnel, technology, and financial assets.
- Establishes and enforces policies and procedures that guide program execution, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance using key metrics and regularly report progress to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Overseeing the recruitment and management of qualified personnel, conducting evaluations, and ensuring that all teams have the resources needed to succeed.
- Ten (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in the Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Experience should include administrative oversight handling of DoD contractual matters, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction while serving as a liaison between the Government representative and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the DoD or Navy IT systems is required.
- Required Clearance Level: Secret (T3)
- Required Certification: IAM Level II or III
