Senior Project Manager

Amentum is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Senior Project Manager for our SD&C program. The candidate should have a demonstrated record of achievement and work ethic to join this high performing group committed to delivering consistently high-quality work and service to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages projects under the direction of the SD&C Program Manager.
• Coordinates and prepares proposals in response to Client Requests for Proposal for projects.
• Coordinates project negotiation and acquisition with Client. Internally coordinates project set up and team coordination for each project.
• Coordinates the program and individual project's work on project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinates project execution with discipline managers to properly staff project based on project scope and team members' skill set. Coordinates with project execution team including sub-contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality control process.
• Maintains and monitors communications with Client project managers to ensure project deliverables are provided based on project scope and schedule.
• Coordinates fiscal and contractual activities for the program, including project periods of performance, project cost tracking, project invoicing and project closeout activities.
• Reports estimates to complete/estimates at completion for each project and is responsible for profit/loss for individual projects and overall program.
• Will be the point of contact for the Client for the contract.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Engineering discipline
• Professional registration Architecture/Engineering - OR - Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 10+ Years of experience in Project Management of Facilities Engineering and Design Projects
• Top-secret clearance and eligible for higher clearance; eventual acquisition of TS/SCI will be required
