You Are
A skilled System Administrator with advanced expertise to administer, monitor, and sustain DHA's IMS-Dental IT systems across global DHA Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This role focuses on server operations, system hardening, DICOM/PACS configuration, and ensuring continuous system availability in compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

You Are
A skilled System Administrator with advanced expertise to administer, monitor, and sustain DHA's IMS-Dental IT systems across global DHA Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This role focuses on server operations, system hardening, DICOM/PACS configuration, and ensuring continuous system availability in compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level system administration for DHA IMS-Dental environments.
- Perform proactive monitoring, PACS server health checks, and configuration management.
- Conduct SCAP scans, HBSS monitoring, and ensure RMF/STIG compliance.
- Support Tier 2/3 incident resolution and system troubleshooting.
- Implement system patches, upgrades, and security controls in coordination with DHA.
- Generate reports and documentation to support system sustainment and accreditation

Here's What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years in Windows/Linux system administration, with emphasis on enterprise environments.
- DoD 8570 IAT II/III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server 2016/2019/2025, and Windows 11.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and network administration.
- Familiarity with PACS/DICOM and dental imaging systems preferred.
- Residence in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Security Clearance preferred
