Position Overview
Bluehawk is seeking a Graphic Developer - Mid to join USTRANSCOM/J2. In this role, you will apply advanced design, visualization, and multimedia skills to create high-visibility intelligence products. You will integrate graphics, text, audio, and video into compelling finished products that clearly convey analytic findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts to understand requirements and transform analytic ideas into impactful visual products.
- Design, develop, and edit graphics, illustrations, cartographic products, video content, and interactive multimedia.
- Enhance analytic assessments by producing visually compelling layouts, templates, and marketing materials.
- Apply advanced pre-publication techniques, font management, and image editing to meet Intelligence Community standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (or ability to obtain).
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in communications, design, or intelligence visualization.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Mac hardware, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and other interactive graphics tools.
- Ability to translate complex or incomplete information into clear, actionable visual products.
- Strong independent work ethic with the ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to produce concise, accurate, and timely products that enable mission readiness.

- Portfolio or samples of prior design/layout projects.
