As a RC-135 Cybersecurity ISSO, you will be responsible for performing support t asks related to Cybersecurity and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) to obtain and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) for assigned RC-135 systems. Additionally, you will work in a team environment supporting the Information Owner and ISSM to implement actions needed to document current/future baselines and new capabilities in the NIST/RMF-approved process.

Who You Are and What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or similar discipline, OR four (4) years of hands-on experience with Cybersecurity/Information Technology required
- Active Top Secret security clearance with ICD 704 SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570-compliant/certified IAT Level II (i.e., Security+)
- IAT level III certification (i.e., CISSP) preferred
- Demonstrated efficiency and experience in RMF package development, including Plans of Actions and Milestones, Security Plans, Risk Assessments, architecture diagrams, hardware/software inventories, and system/site policies, procedures, and processes
- Familiarity and/or experience with AFIC Xacta, NSA Xacta, AF SIPR eMASS and/or AF NIPR eMASS preferred
- Familiarity with NIST publications, DISA STIGS, and SRGs
- Experience in assessing controls/systems using NIST 800-53 and/or DISA STIGs and SRGs
- Current 16thAF ISSO/M training preferred
- Current NSA/JWICS network accounts preferred
- Current working relationships with 16thAF A6 A&A personnel preferred
- Familiarity with BIG SAFARI program/RC-135 mission systems preferred
- Familiarity with AFLCMC implementation of the Platform IT (PIT) A&A process preferred
- Excellent customer service and organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
What You Will Do:
- Ensure RC-135 systems meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503, IC Information Technology Systems Security Risk Management, Assessment and Authorization (A&A) requirements.
- Support ICD 503 security A&A strategies for computer/electronic systems by performing required modifications, system upgrades, system retrofits, and sensor system implementation.
- Analyze RC-135 operational capability requirements and recommend security solutions.
- Provide systems cybersecurity/A&A management oversight during RC-135 ground test and flight test phases of airborne sensor, ground support and related training systems.
- Advise Program Management on RC-135 aircraft, ground support, and training systems security and A&A issues.
- Evaluate A&A continuity across RC-135 airborne and ground systems; technologies/training processes supporting system cybersecurity for all field sites/fielded systems; and contractor generated system security plans, technical data, technical manuals, and engineering changes in reference to system cybersecurity issues.
- Coordinate equipment design, development, production, procurement, system integration, test, and field support for RC-135 systems WRT cybersecurity/A&A issues and events; security/A&A requirements, plans, schedules, training, and facility assessments between prime contractor/sub-contractor/vendors, customer, and appropriate A&A authorities; and cybersecurity/A&A problems associated with integrating new technology/capabilities into the RC-135.
- Create, modify and update system security plans/associated documentation for RC-135 systems.
- Prepare program briefings on cybersecurity and A&A issues.
- Assist BIG SAFARI programs/projects in cybersecurity and A&A efforts.
- Research existing/evolving cybersecurity and A&A updates/changes for RC-135 program applicability
