Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Associate RF Electrical Engineer to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyzing and Reverse Engineering adversarial (threat) RF and Radar Systems and Subsystems to understand operation, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities to give our warfighters a strategic edge on the battlefield.
• Work alongside a team of experienced SMEs and technicians in sensors, aerodynamics, guidance, navigation, controls, warheads, RF communications, and command and control in order to provide system level analysis.
• Optimizing RF designs for performance, including minimizing noise, maximizing efficiency, and improving signal integrity.
• Conducting field tests to evaluate the performance of RF systems in real-world conditions.
• Apply lab testing, theoretical knowledge, and technical experience to produce All-Source assessments of weapon systems.
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporating new techniques and tools into your work.
• Solving antenna design and analysis problems using simulation tools like FEKO to ensure optimal performance and integration into RF systems.
• Working closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish the mission.
• Communicating technical understanding through presentations and sourced technical documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Strong theoretical understanding of Electromagnetics, Analog, and Digital Signal Processing
• C++, Python, and/or Matlab
• Organized and self-motivated
• Able to work in a team environment

Desired Skills:

• Active Secret Clearance; TS/SCI Preferred

Security Clearance Requirement:
A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
