Description
Join SAIC in supporting our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. As a Business Data Steward, shaping how our customer manages and governs its data. As a Business Data Steward, you'll enforce data standards, ensure quality, and support governance boards to strengthen decision-making.
This position is contingent upon award expected September 2025. Position will be located in Huntsville, AL and/or Washington, DC at the customer site. May offer remote work upon award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure data governance, metadata management, and compliance policies
• Define authoritative data sources
• Enforce standards and Metadata tagging
• Support data governance boards
• Monitor and improve data quality
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related, or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of data governance/stewardship experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with DHS/DoD data policies
