Project Nextclick Administrator

We're hiring a Project RightClick Administrator for an onsite role in Chantilly, VA. This position supports a high-impact effort under the Air Force's Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1 initiative, focusing on expanding IT Service Management capabilities to secure environments.

Project RightClick is a cornerstone of this mission - enhancing how users access and manage digital resources securely and efficiently. As part of this team, you'll help ensure that the platform delivers a seamless experience while meeting strict cybersecurity and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage the configuration and daily operations of the RightClick platform
• Handle user provisioning, access controls, and policy enforcement
• Monitor system health, conduct audits, and resolve performance issues
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold protection standards
• Oversee updates, patches, and change management procedures
• Train internal users and provide ongoing technical support
• Maintain documentation for workflows, access policies, and operational procedures
• Analyze usage metrics and share recommendations with stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison to platform vendors and technical support teams

What You Bring

• 10 years of experience in IT administration, system operations, or project coordination
• Skilled in managing user roles, permissions, and secure access systems
• Familiarity with identity governance or digital access platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with ticketing systems, reporting dashboards, and audit trails
• Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive or regulated data
• Holds DoD 8140 compliance and CompTIA Security+ (or higher)
• Active Secret Clearance required

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with governance tools like Nexthink, Active Directory, Okta, or similar
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks or service delivery best practices
• Background working in enterprise-scale or public sector IT environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
