NexThink Administrator

We're hiring a Nexthink Administrator for an onsite role in Chantilly, VA as part of our support for the Air Force's Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1 program. This role plays a key part in extending advanced IT Service Management capabilities into secure networks.

You'll help drive smarter, faster decisions by harnessing Nexthink's powerful insights into end-user experience. From proactive issue detection to behavioral analytics, you'll be instrumental in optimizing performance across mission-critical environments.

What You'll Do

• Administer the Nexthink platform, including Collector deployment, Engine settings, and Portal management
• Develop and manage campaigns, remote actions, investigations, and dashboards
• Monitor digital experience metrics and proactively detect trends and anomalies
• Use Nexthink data to support IT teams in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Create targeted dashboards and reports tailored to IT and business needs
• Manage access control and permissions within Nexthink
• Support upgrades, patching, and rollout of new features in coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Provide training and support to IT staff on Nexthink capabilities and best practices
• Stay current with Nexthink product updates and actively participate in the user community

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or digital experience platforms
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering Nexthink
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint performance, and IT service delivery workflows
• Experience designing campaigns, dashboards, and investigations within Nexthink
• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation and remote actions
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and endpoint tools (SCCM, Intune)
• Holds DoD 8140 compliance and CompTIA Security+ (or higher)
• Active Secret Clearance required

Bonus Points If You Have

• Nexthink Certified Associate or higher
• Experience integrating Nexthink with platforms like Splunk or Power BI
• Familiarity with employee sentiment analysis, digital experience scoring, or self-healing automation
• Background in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated sectors
