Summary
Be a part of a first-of-its-kind team utilizing DevSecOps technology to rapidly deliver capabilities to support a wide range of DoD missions in the heart of downtown San Antonio. You will work in a modern facility supporting the startup culture to transform the future and protect the security of the United States. Take this opportunity to gain experience in an unclassified environment blended with public sector experience and support the mission of our military.
The cyber support specialist will courteously field incoming help requests from end users via video, chat and e-mail. This position is considered equivalent to a tier III service desk support.
General Qualifications
Proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices.
DoD and/or Air Force experience preferred.
Pass a Tier 1 background investigation
High level of integrity and accountability.
Eligible to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance if required.
Travel if required.
Education
High school diploma (or equivalency)
Desired Education
Associates degree with a major in Information Technology or cyber related field preferred.

Skill with leading a team of subordinate cyber support specialists.
Skill with Windows Deployment Services for client imaging.
Skill with imaging, managing, deploying, and configuring Windows 10/11 devices.
Skill with imaging, managing, deploying, and configuring iOS devices.
Skill with DoD Microsoft Teams troubleshooting.
Skill with Zoom troubleshooting and administration.
