Project Manager – Network Infrastructure Modernization
Location: McKinney, TX or Tewksbury, MA
Clearance Required: Active DoD Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred)
Work Type: Hybrid Onsite
Travel: Up to 25%
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you’ll be supporting classified projects in domains such as network, cloud, and cybersecurity. You’ll be part of a secure IT services group focused on modernizing network infrastructure across physically separated classified environments. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in complex, multi-site deployments and understands the nuances of secure network operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead network infrastructure projects through development and implementation, including upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle management.
• Manage changes in scope and function of network environments over the lifecycle of classified programs.
• Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure deployments, including hardware, cabling, and secure transport protocols.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of tasks/projects, including financial forecasting and risk tracking.
• Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with cost models and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Work closely across multi-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Manufacturing, Integrated Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Deliver recurring task management and formal/informal presentations to leadership.
Top Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with network infrastructure in classified environments, including secure transport and encryption technologies.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Experience with classified infrastructure, networks, and automation.
• Experience leading large-scale IT programs involving multi-site collaboration.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps, systems engineering, and systems integration.
• Experience with Contracts, SOWs, BOEs, and engineering processes.
• PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification highly desired.
