Project Manager – Workplace Services & Collaboration
Location: McKinney, TX or Tewksbury, MA
Clearance Required: Active DoD Top Secret
Work Type: Hybrid Onsite
Travel: Up to 25%
Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you’ll be supporting classified projects in domains such as network, cloud, and cybersecurity. You’ll work within the Workplace Services team to optimize user experiences and drive continuous operational improvement across executive collaboration capabilities and third-party connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead deployment and implementation of executive collaboration tools and third-party connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and authorization activities with site and security personnel.
• Facilitate procurement and distribution of equipment.
• Maintain team backlog, execution plans, and project financials.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and risk/opportunity metrics.
• Support ITSM platform maturity and monitoring/alerting capabilities.
• Oversee transition from ServiceNow to Jira Service Management as the new CDS standard.
• Manage changes in scope and function of collaborative environments over the lifecycle of the program.
• Work closely across multi-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Manufacturing, Integrated Supply Chain, and Finance.
Top Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in workplace services, site setup, and white-glove support.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in ITSM environments and with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Experience leading large-scale IT programs involving multi-site collaboration.
• Experience using Agile methodologies (SAFE or Scrum Alliance).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Control Account Management (CAM) or EVMS experience preferred.
