Senior Project Manager – WAN Modernization
Location: McKinney, TX (strongly preferred) or Tewksbury, MA
Clearance Required: Active DoD Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred)

Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you’ll be supporting classified projects in domains such as network, cloud, and cybersecurity. You’ll be embedded in a secure IT services group delivering modernization efforts across physically separated classified networks. This role is central to a multi-year WAN transformation initiative and requires a seasoned leader who can drive execution, influence stakeholders, and ensure delivery across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead WAN modernization efforts including SD-WAN integration and change implementation across ~100 sites nationwide.
• Manage program development and implementation using project planning, team building, and formal/informal presentations to leadership.
• Understand technical architecture and deployment strategies to ensure no critical components are missed.
• Collaborate directly with government services teams and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of tasks/projects, including financial forecasting and risk tracking.
• Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with cost models and risk/opportunity tracking.
• Influence product owners and senior leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
Top Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience managing WAN modernization or large-scale network transformation projects.
• Experience with IT Service Management systems and classified IT environments.
• Familiarity with classified infrastructure, networks, and automation.
• Experience leading large-scale IT programs involving multi-site collaboration.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps, systems engineering, and systems integration.
• PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification highly desired.
• Control Account Management (CAM) or EVMS experience preferred.
