Job Description Summary
The PTB Readiness Lead is responsible for the oversight of tracking project status and deployment readiness for all domestic and overseas PTB operations. Readiness Lead is responsible for direction workflow to PTB Project Managers in a manner that ensures effective execution of the PTB mission. This includes ensuring quality, accuracy and timely submission of project deliverables, effective communications and records keeping.
PTB Project Managers reporting to the Readiness Lead are responsible for providing oversight, communications and deliverables for all chartered PTB activities and taskers.
The PTB Readiness Lead will also be tasked with ensuring all PTB personnel are deployed ready in support of the mission. This includes tracking training, medical clearance, visa status, financial readiness, etc.
This is a supervisory position that will oversee multiple project managers and report to the PTB Operations Deputy. When required, this position may be tasked to provide reach-back support on behalf of the Deputy.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience or the equivalent combination of education/training and/or experience/military training. Prior Supervisory experience Familiarity with the Dept of State or Government processes and procedures preferred but not required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and mobile applications.
