Description:F-16 In-Country Program Manager, UAE - Level 5

This position is to assist the F-16 Sustainment Senior Program Manager with in-country programmatic elements and establish day to day support to the UAE stakeholders.

This role will be an in-country management position

The candidate responsibilities will include developing & executing to program baselines for current and future programs:
• Overseeing risk and opportunity management process
• Analyzing cost & schedule performance (Earned Value) data
• Budget management and coordinating across the functions and other business areas
• Support of proposal preparation
• Assist with technical execution of program activities across functions
• Support Domestic and International travel as required

The candidate will be required to contribute to business decisions and subcontractors/LM partner relationships and management to establish creative solutions to efficiently deliver to contract requirements. Will also create and deliver internal/external review content and track and drive actions to resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, maintenance, logistics, and contracting functions.
• Experience driving critical sustainment initiatives such as daily maintenance reports, weekly expanded maintenance summaries, and proposal development.
• Experience managing risk mitigation and opportunity identification at the program level.
• Strong financial acumen, including oversight of Earned Value Management (EVM) and budget tracking.
• Experience communicating executive-level coordination with senior customers and leadership.
• Experience supporting contract closure activities, including working with partners to resolve payment and contractual issues.
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience working within an international, in-country sustainment support environment.
• Ability to ensure alignment and seamless coordination between US-based teams and in-country support to maintain continuous program execution.
• Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) sustainment programs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent sustainment and modification efforts.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships in a high-visibility program.
• Active Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
