The Work
As a Cyber Systems Security Engineer (CSSE) supporting the TTWCS program, you will:
Perform periodic manual and automated STIG evaluations, tracking deltas across versions and platforms.
Conduct cyber risk assessment activities, including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and evaluation of mitigation strategies.
Develop, analyze, and validate security design constraints within the cyber domain.
Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, system architects, and developers to ensure robust, secure system solutions.
Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and software to verify compliance with requirements.
Apply and ensure consistent use of cybersecurity processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
Prototype and implement software solutions supporting assessment and authorization activities required by customers.
Please note:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.
This position is based out of King of Prussia, PA and is hybrid but required to work onsite 3 days a week.
This position requires the ability to travel up to 10%.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and/or patching
• Sec+ Certification.
• Base understanding of Risk Management Framework, (RMF) NIST SP 800-53.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level.
• This position requires the ability to travel up to 10%.
Desired Skills:
• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using STIG and vulnerability management tools such as EvaluateSTIG and ACAS
• Experience with employment of DoD Cyber requirements, policies, and processes, to include certification and accreditation as part of DIACAP or RMF
• Ability to provide status and communicate effectively within the Cyber Security Engineering team and related disciplines (Software, Systems, Test).
• Experience in Systems Engineering and requirements decomposition
• Previous experience with Agile teams, DevSecOps, SW Development, or some other digital transformation technology
• Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT Level II (CISSP, CAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge of Linux Operating Systems Administration (Ubuntu and RedHat)
• Experience in networking configuration, security configuration, and protocols
• Knowledge of Application Security and SRGs.
• Technical curiosity to learn new skills and are ready to help across the team.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
