Lockheed Martin Space in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Engineering Aide to join our team! We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Transfer Agent to provide technical support with data transfers, ensuring the efficient and secure movement of data between systems, teams, and stakeholders.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Assist with the transfer of data between systems, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and security
• Coordinate with teams to identify data transfer requirements and develop plans to meet those needs
• Use data transfer tools and software to move data between systems, performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot data transfer issues and work with teams to resolve problems
• Develop and maintain documentation of data transfer processes and procedures
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Space data management policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software systems, are required.

• US Citizenship required; active secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing techniques and principles, as well as work measurements and labor standards, with a focus on tool building and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with high-mix/low-volume or high-volume production operations, including tool design, development, and implementation.
• Working understanding of machining processes, methodologies, and equipment, including CNC machining, milling, and turning.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, as well as experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Creo.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
