MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
- Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
- Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.
- Ensure software standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of total experience without a degree.
- Experience programming in Python and C/C++
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CNO development
- Experience with Software Analysis or Reverse Engineering
- Experience with assembly programming concepts.
- Experience with Unit Testing
- Experience using Atlassian products like JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary up to 50% of the time
