We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Manager to lead our Staffing Project Analysts (SPA) team, with full accountability for the financial operations that support Strategic Resourcing. This role is responsible for transforming how the team operates -driving efficiency, adopting industry-standard methodologies, and modernizing tools and processes to support a dynamic contractor workforce and a diverse network of clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations, partner relationship management, change leadership and industry enabled technologies . This role requires a strong command of data, systems, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, compliant, and insight-driven financial processes while fostering trust and alignment with both internal and external partners.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $147,840.00 to $184,800.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Sr. Manager to lead our Staffing Project Analysts (SPA) team, with full accountability for the financial operations that support Strategic Resourcing. This role is responsible for transforming how the team operates -driving efficiency, adopting industry-standard methodologies, and modernizing tools and processes to support a dynamic contractor workforce and a diverse network of clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
? Financial Leadership & Ownership
- Own and oversee all customer financial processes related to Strategic Resourcing, including timecard validation, client invoicing, forecasting, cost center alignment, bill rate tracking, and budget reconciliation.
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency across platforms such as Beeline, Bullhorn, Empower /Oracle.
- Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream processes to identify potential impacts on professional services revenue and optimize overall performance.
- Lead quarterly and monthly financial reviews, surfacing inefficiencies, actionable insights and driving accountability across business units.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Strategic Engagement Managers, Resource Managers and Partner Consultants to align on bill and cost rates, engagement dates, burn reports, etc .
? Methodology & Process Transformation
- Introduce and institutionalize staffing industry-standard methodologies optimize SPA workflows and the overall SR business .
- Redesign operational frameworks to reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Standardize naming conventions, data definitions, and reporting structures across systems and teams.
- Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance operational efficiency while developing and enforcing standardized procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects /regions .
?️ Technology Modernization
- Evaluate and implement modern tools (e.g., AI, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc. ) to automate reporting, enable predictive analytics, and improve visibility.
- Drive system integration and data harmonization across staffing platforms and financial systems.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives that support real-time decision-making and scalable operations.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline financial workflows, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual intervention across reporting and partner management processes.
? Team Leadership & Culture Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Staffing Project Analysts.
- Foster a culture of trust, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Model and support difficult conversations with clarity, compassion, and strategic intent.
- Align team goals with broader Strategic Resourcing and enterprise objectives .
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial operations, staffing analytics, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational transformation.
- Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and cost center management.
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendor or partner relationships.
- Strong familiarity with staffing platforms and enterprise tools (e.g., VMS, ATS/ Bullhorn, Vantage, Empower, Power BI).
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies preferred.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
