  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI platforms (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage dimensional models (star/snowflake schemas) for high-performance reporting
  • Write complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, advanced joins) against Oracle and Databricks environments
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business needs
  • Monitor and optimize reporting performance to ensure reliability and scalability
  • Leverage AWS services (S3, EMR, Redshift, Glue) to build cloud-native reporting solutions
  • Manage the lifecycle of reporting assets, including version control, scheduling, and ongoing enhancements

  • Expert SQL skills with complex query development in Oracle
  • Hands-on Databricks experience (SQL Warehouses, notebooks, Delta Lake, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling (star vs. snowflake schemas)
  • Experience with at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAP BO)
  • AWS cloud experience required; certification strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certification (Data Analytics - Specialty, Solutions Architect, or similar)
  • Advanced Databricks expertise (performance tuning, Unity Catalog)
  • Scripting skills in Python (Pandas, PySpark) for data manipulation/automation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control for BI assets (Git, Harness, etc.)
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data catalogs
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Terms:
  • 1-year contract with planned conversion to direct hire
  • Long-term work expected (multi-year program already underway)
