- You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, the difficulty of the work to be performed, and the capabilities of employees.
- You will identify training needs and provide or arrange for development, make decisions on nonroutine, costly or controversial training needs and training requests related to employees of the unit.
- You will develop performance standards and evaluate performance of subordinate supervisors or leaders and serve as a reviewing official on evaluations of nonsupervisory employees rate by subordinate supervisors.
- You will conduct analysis of complex interdepartmental special logistics projects, tasks, and actions that impacts or enhance the M20G mission.
- You will participate in projects and studies related to the execution of the quality control programs for logistics functions such as inventory control, receipts, storage and distribution of principle end items functions.
- You will provide policy guidance and direction for the accomplishment of all logistical functions and services.
- You will direct the development of goals and scope of long-range plans and projects, studies and evaluations for all aspects of storing combat ready capability sets in order to support and sustain the Expeditionary Force in Readiness.
- You will analyze programs and projects to evaluate effectiveness, to identify critical areas and anticipate impact of changes in requirements and resources, and to determine courses of action.
- You will develop, refine and interpret inventory/accountability, quality assurance policies and procedures.
