Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a talented Mid Java Developer to join a federal program focused on delivering secure and efficient applications.

In this role, you will build and maintain Java applications, work with modern frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet mission-critical needs.

What You'll Do
As a Mid Java Developer, you will:

  • Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Implement front-end components using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
  • Use tools such as Git, JUnit, and Eclipse for version control and testing
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
  • Collaborate with analysts and testers to ensure functionality meets requirements
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation

Schedule & Shift Details
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: 114-120k

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Java development

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a large-scale federal IT program
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile delivery framework
