Technical Insertion Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW


The Technical Insertion Engineer will serve as a catalyst for innovation at AMARG, applying state-of-the-art engineering solutions to optimize processes and integrate new technologies. This position identifies opportunities for modernization, manages SBIR initiatives, and delivers improvements that directly enhance mission effectiveness and operational agility

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and identify opportunities for technology insertion to optimize AMARG's production processes.

  • Execute Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects and enter data into the AFSC Technology Roadmap Tool.

  • Advise and assist government personnel on improvements to engineering processes and tools.

  • Conduct analysis to identify faults and constraints in mechanical and industrial processes.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of engineering experience.

  • Proven ability to identify and recommend technology solutions for process improvement.

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
