Zachary Piper is seeking an AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly) in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly) will support personnel and industrial security programs, including clearance processing, secure space management, and compliance with federal security standards. The AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly) will serve as the Alternate Facility Security Officer and Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer, supporting secure operations in collaboration with the Facility Security Officer and other security team members. This is an onsite- in person position.
Responsibilities for the AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly) include:
• Initiate and process security clearances using DISS, NBIS, SWFT, and eAPP
• Conduct indoctrinations, program briefings, and security training
• Support classified programs and ensure compliance with NISPOM and ICD guidelines
• Perform physical security inspections and escort duties for secure spaces
• Maintain auditable records and manage onboarding/offboarding of personnel
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and self-inspections
• Coordinate visit requests and manage classified document control
• Support development and maintenance of SPPs and SOPs
• Provide guidance on CUI responsibilities and SSP lifecycle monitoring
• Assist with administrative inquiries and incident reporting
Requirements for the AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly) include:
• Experience supporting FSO/CSSO operations in classified environments
• Familiarity with contract flowdown and DD254 documentation
• Strong understanding of personnel security processes and federal investigative standards
• Experience with DISS and other security databases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
Compensation for the AFSO / CSSO (CI Poly):
• $105,000-$135,000 annually
• Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave as required by law
