Work You'll Do

• Perform advanced architecture work in design, testing, and system development.
• Lead integration of processes to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with senior staff, program managers, and external partners.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex technical solutions.
• Apply broad scientific and technical expertise across disciplines.
• Act as technical liaison with staff and customers.
• Independently resolve technical issues within area of expertise.
• Support ATO and system accreditation processes.
• Advise on planning and managing complex IT/AV capabilities.
• Develop IT/AV design packages and technical diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder requirements for current and future IT/AV needs.
• Use tools like CAD, Vizio, and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Present technical solutions to executives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience with Federal Government IT/AV systems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must be local to the Huntsville, AL area and able to work on client site 5 days a week.
• Architecture Design Pattern: Advanced; CAD-Integration: Advanced; Microsoft Visio: Advanced; Network Engineering: Advanced
• Experience with Planning, directing, and managing specific complex IT/AV capabilities and comprehensive IT/AV design packages, create database architecture diagrams, infrastructure schematic drawings, detailed network, block connect, wireline diagrams, rack elevation diagrams and configuration management plans
• Significant experience with capability specific tracking of software programs (i.e. CAD, Vizio, etc.).
• Experience gathering requirements, cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and executive demonstrations/presentations

Preferred :

• Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
