As a Project Management Analyst, you will support and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects. This role serves as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management—ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.
You’ll be supporting the Propulsion/Nuclear, Topside, and Program Office teams, helping drive project success through effective coordination, issue resolution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare detailed reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Develop tools and processes for tracking progress and solving problems.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, or
• Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Substitution Options:
• 4 years of related exempt experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years of non-related exempt experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
