Position Title : SAFe Agile Coach/PM
Position Location : This position will require at least 3 days onsite in Arlington, VA
Daily Responsibilities:
- Guide teams and stakeholders through the SAFe framework and its practices.
- Lead and facilitate SAFe events, including PI Planning, and other scaled agile ceremonies.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other roles to build Agile maturity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align backlog items with business goals.
- Support and promote the broader agile and lean-agile transformation within the organization.
- Monitor and report on team and program performance using data and metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Required Years of Experience (min) :
- 8-10 years of related experience
Required Degree/Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP, SAFe agile certification (required). ITIL strongly preferred.
Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas :
- SAFe Expertise
- Agile & Scrum knowledge
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog management
- Strong facilitation skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using metrics and data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
