Work you'll do
- Provide administrative support services to include daily customer support including maintaining end user access, site development and SharePoint troubleshooting/problem resolution
- Support and initiate the development and promulgation of policies resulting from network and performance management assessments
- Support knowledge management initiatives to efficiently capture, communicate, and promote clients' projects, products, business processes, and services for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Must be local to the Hampton Roads area and able to come onsite in Suffolk, VA for 5 days a week.
- 5 years' experience in Cloud computing, platforms, and technologies - including 2 years with DON/DOD Cloud migrations.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and supporting automation tools/scripting languages.
Preferred:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Cloud Digital Leader or Cloud Professional Cloud Architect; CompTIA Cloud+
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
