The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce design and architecture, and the ability to work closely with technical client counterparts to drive design discussions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce design and architecture, and the ability to work closely with technical client counterparts to drive design discussions. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of developers and ensure successful project delivery.
As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions for large-scale CRM implementations.
- Collaborate with technical client counterparts to facilitate and drive design discussions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide hands-on expertise and guidance on Salesforce concepts including APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), configuration, and customization.
- Oversee and participate in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud, leveraging these capabilities to enhance CRM solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate fluently and effectively with clients and project leadership, translating technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and architecture.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including APEX, LWCs, configuration, and customization.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale CRM implementations from design through delivery.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Proficiency in building and managing Reports and Dashboards within Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently with clients and project leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
