Enterprise IT Project Manager

The Enterprise IT Project Manager will oversee the execution of a large-scale identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) modernization initiative aligned with Zero Trust principles. The PM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering task order requirements in compliance with US Government standards and best practices. The role ensures technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables are achieved in alignment with program milestones and customer expectations:

The PM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering task order requirements in compliance with US Government standards and best practices. The role ensures technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables are achieved in alignment with program milestones and customer expectations:
Description: Perform day-to-day management of overall contract operations, supporting multiple projects and groups of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
- Work with the Company Management to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on assigned contract tasks. Review and provide input to the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the Government.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
- Be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Manages the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
- Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management.
- Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management / avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
- Utilizes expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
- Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.
- Create clear and attainable project objectives, building project requirements, and managing constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
- Develop project plans and manage project operations.
- Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.
- Maintain the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the assigned projects and initiatives.
- Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively.
- Conduct and support requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and financial reporting within the government contracting space.
- Three (3) years of experience in managing and leading ICAM or zero trust programs, projects, or tasks.
- Two (2) years of experience in an Agile development environment
Required Qualifications:
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II:
- CompTIA Security+ Certification, or greater
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Federal Acquisition Certification Program/Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) certification on Program Management
- Agile certification (SAFe, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, ICAgile or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience supporting resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and financial reporting within the government contracting space.
- Five (5) years of experience in managing and leading ICAM or zero trust programs, projects, or tasks.
- Five (5) years of experience in an Agile development environment.
- DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II: CISSP certification or greater.
- Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity, RMF, and audit readiness requirements.
- Technical certifications in ICAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, Azure, or related technologies.
