SteelGate is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical IT services support team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional ready to drive significant change for a key opening. You will be instrumental in the successful execution of complex IT projects, ensuring seamless coordination, strategic planning, and successful delivery of IT services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of IT transformation projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task management and coordination of team members and stakeholders.
Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Implement and manage quality assurance processes, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.
Develop and present performance management reports to leadership and clients.
Provide direct support and expertise for Network Operations (NetOps) Command and Control (C2) requirements.
Contribute to key project phases, including technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
Requirements:
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing IT transformation projects.
At least two (2) years of the five years must be directly related to Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline AND five (5) years of the experience described above, OR
Nine (9) years of relevant experience as described above.
Certifications:
A Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
