General Summary
Performs analyst functions including information gathering, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives and visualizations for senior leadership awareness.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
• Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business*
• Captures, develops, and documents some or all of the following: data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements*
• Creates and edits technical documentation for project areas such as cloud, software, compliance, and security *
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives or contributes to the implementation of strategic direction
• May write code to preprocess and clean data
• Applies data modeling and data virtualization principles
• Generally conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to generate insights and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification
• Develops reports and deliverables for management and communicates with stakeholders

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, statistics, operations research, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Must have minimum of an interim Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
- Proven experience using Power BI and other modeling tools
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams, including cyber, logistics, and data management
- This position produces work products with visibility up to the General Officer level. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience and may be asked to provide one to two samples of past work during the selection process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools in data modeling and trend projections
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leadership
- Experience with federal customers, DoW preferred
