Project Management Analyst 3

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support ongoing defense and shipbuilding projects. This position involves overseeing project operations, coordinating schedules and budgets, and serving as a liaison between project teams and leadership. The analyst will be responsible for tracking progress, preparing status reports, and helping resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects

Review project status, schedules, and budgets; prepare and present reports

Identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery or performance

Support propulsion/nuclear, topside, and program office teams with planning and coordination

Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and provide problem-solving support to managers and clients

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR

Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, OR

Equivalent combination of experience/education (up to 8 years of related exempt work may substitute for a degree)
