Structural Technician III
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

We’re seeking a skilled Structural Technician III to join our Aerospace Manufacturing team in Colorado Springs.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and fit major/minor aerospace structures (riveting, drilling, reaming, trimming, etc.)
Align parts on jigs and aerospace vehicles using templates/fixtures
Verify precision measurements with micrometers, calipers, and other tools
Modify and update assemblies to incorporate engineering changes
Monitor and verify quality using control procedures
Requirements
High school diploma/GED + 5+ years of structural assembly experience
Must own tools in good working order
Ability to read/interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Experience installing fasteners (rivets, hi-locks)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (outdoors, noise, chemicals)
Preferred
Aerospace & Defense, DoD, NASA, or Military background
Ability to travel
Eligible for Security Clearance
Safety-Sensitive Role – Includes inspection of structures/equipment, aviation-related tasks, and use of heavy/dangerous equipment.
