BCS Allegient provides technically oriented services from program management to advanced systems integration and engineering. We support Government and prime system integrators with engineering and management expertise. BCS Allegient is currently in search of a Program Administrator II to support the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide administrative support for travel planning and execution, including DTS entry, foreign travel documentation, VISA/passport coordination, and compliance with JTR, JPAS, and APACS guidelines.
Maintain calendars and provide scheduling support for program officers, Division Directors, and Department Heads, including coordination of meetings and off-site events.
Assist with internal administrative processes such as onboarding, building access, NMCI seat requests, HR coordination (e.g., check-in/out, training), and equipment/space assignments.
Manage document control and office operations, including filing, printing, scanning, document routing, and form preparation for standard operational needs
Track and maintain departmental records and guidance, including policy documents, SharePoint content, and approved public-facing materials.
Provide administrative support for ONR corporate programs including workshop logistics and coordination with principal investigators.
Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, coordinating room logistics, and tracking follow-up actions.
Collect and organize data for responses to data calls using systems such as PBIS and internal databases.
Prepare and track bank card purchases, onboarding packages, and training requests using PPI Suite and internal control systems.
Attend and support meetings by capturing notes, distributing information, and coordinating follow-up actions.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with the systems or similar systems listed in Program Administrator Support PWS Tasks above;
Experience with government budgeting; and
Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS).
Education Requirement:
A high school diploma with at least seven (7) years of experience providing administrative, business, and financial support OR a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience providing administrative, business and financial support.
