The Program Manager will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide overall leadership and direction for all Task Orders (TOs) under this BPA. This role ensures contract transition, quality assurance, technical performance, and business process efficiency. The PM will oversee contract planning, staffing, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining proactive communication with Government stakeholders.
The Program Manager is responsible for assigning taskings, supervising technical staff, and ensuring all TOs meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements. This individual must have the authority to make organizational decisions, resolve programmatic issues, and represent the Contractor in all Government engagements. The PM will work onsite at the Fairchild Building in Washington, DC, five days a week and must be prepared to anticipate and address issues before they impact mission performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years of program management (7+ in enterprise IT).
PMP or PgMP certification.
Experience managing large, complex IT environments with multiple systems and services.
Strong skills in quality assurance, audits, manpower utilization, and team leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior Government officials.
