Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Principal Storage Engineer III. In this Storage Administration role, you will be responsible for design, deployment, testing, certification, patching, addressing interoperability issues, not only of the base storage system, but for all features, components, and application dependencies - to include Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS), local disk, Fiber Channel, iSCSI, etc. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance. We are hiring in Pocatello, Idaho.
Qualifications:
8 - 10+ years of storage related experience.
Must have active Top-Secret Clearance and be willing to sit for a Poly once hired.
Advanced mainstream storage vendor certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience managing and maintaining mainframe storage systems using the FICON (Fiber Channel Connection) protocol is highly preferred.
