Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Contracts Assistant to join our Contracts Team. The Contracts Assistant will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks to keep the team operating at an optimal level. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, an agile skill-set, and ability to show high capability in a fast-paced environment. This role will require onsite support Tuesdays and Thursdays at our corporate office in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Contracts-related requests through Jira (automated ticketing system)
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute effective internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update company/department databases and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Issue Contractual agreements using existing templates.
  • Issue Purchase Orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree - preferred.
  • US Citizenship - required.
  • Experience with DocuSign and CostPoint - highly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
