Background

• Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage
• Acting as a liaison with EHR vendor & technical support
• Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items
• Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels
• Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in
  formal or informal settings
• Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR)

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support
• Strong communication and customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks
