Help
- You will repair and maintain a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems and supporting equipment with complex problems and extensive repairs requiring judgement to locate malfunctions.
- You will troubleshoot a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems and supporting equipment.
- You will perform preventative maintenance on heating boilers and/or boilers and/or boil systems and auxiliary equipment.
- You will mount, connect, and adjust components , such as transformers, motors, electrodes, relays, solenoids, switches, pneumatic and electrical thermostats, rheostats, aqua stats. steam glam seals, bearings, and drive gears.
- You will plan lay out and install a variety of large complex commercial and industrial systems and supporting equipment.
- You will install., repair, and modify large/complex systems that provide for a variety of air conditioning functions such as heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidify, cleaning, filtering, and circulating.
- You will install, maintain, repair, and modify large/complex heating and power boilers and support equipment including mechanical system controls and distribution lines.

- You will be required to possess and maintain the universal certification for handling refrigerants.
- You will be required to lift, carry, and handle equipment up to 50 lbs.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
