The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Capabilities Integrator to support a directorate within the Government customer's organization in planning, synchronizing, and integrating advanced robotics and autonomous systems capabilities. The candidate will serve as a key technical and operational advisor, bridging requirements, resources, and emerging technologies to enable customer mission success.

This position requires a unique blend of operational experience, technical knowledge, and acquisition/resource integration expertise. The Robotics Capabilities Integrator will play a critical role in evaluating current and future robotics capabilities, aligning them with customer mission requirements, and ensuring their successful integration across DOTMLPF-P domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on unmanned systems, robotics, and autonomous technologies to the Government directorate.
  • Support capability development processes, to include JCIDS documentation, requirements validation, and integration of robotics capabilities into Government programs.
  • Conduct analysis of robotics platforms, payloads, and modular systems for operational applicability, lifecycle management, and affordability.
  • Advise leadership on capability gaps, risk assessments, and resource allocation related to robotics and unmanned systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the Government organization, Headquarters, and joint/coalition partners to synchronize robotics initiatives.
  • Assist in budget planning, POM development, and program integration to ensure robotics capabilities are properly resourced and aligned with command priorities.
  • Develop briefings, white papers, and decision support products for senior leaders.
  • Provide field service support, through communication between vendor and end user, during testing, training, and operational missions, including rapid repair and recovery of robotic systems.
  • Integrate sensors, payloads, and communications equipment into robotic platforms in accordance with government requirements.
  • Train end-users (military, government, or contractor personnel) on system operation, safety protocols, and field maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety, security, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and manpower management to align with defense strategies.
