Electronics Technician III SME- Iraq

The Opportunity

NTS is seeking an Electronics Technician III SME. This position is based in Iraq and requires the ability to deploy to austere and potentially high-risk environments and will require international travel. The Electronics Technician III SME will serve as a senior-level Technician and Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides advanced technical support for Ground Service Equipment (GSE).

Key Responsibilities

• Supports U.S. Department of State GSE requirements in multiple overseas theaters in potentially high-threat environments.
• During overseas deployments, the GSE Electronics Technician III may be required to rotate between theaters and to multiple locations within each theater.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and testing of electronic components and systems on GSE.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure full operational readiness.
• Document maintenance actions, test results, and parts usage in accordance with contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and security protocols.
